Car
You can get a taxi to Hagnaya. The price from Cebu City or airport is between 1.200 and 2.000 Pesos. It takes two hours. 

Bus
By bus from Northern bus terminal in Cebu City. There  two types, air con and non air con. The price is 72 pesos. It takes  2 1/2 hours from terminal to Hagnaya. Best time early morning 5:30 -9:30 am.
